This role exists to improve communication, coordination, and execution across the Commercial team. By supporting executive-level initiatives and managing operational logistics, the Manager helps the team operate at a higher level of efficiency.

• Coordinate and support key initiatives across the Commercial Sales organization.
• Steer strategic discussions for Commercial Leadership.
• Manage meeting planning and logistics.
• Compile and organize business updates and presentations.
• Support executive-level projects and strategic priorities.
• Partner with teams to improve communication flow.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
