Signage Production Associate

The Signage Production Associate role is onsite in Omaha, NE. Pay is $21.50–$24.00 per hour. 3FM manufactures, installs, and designs signage for commercial, industrial, and construction clients, including data center projects. The associate performs production tasks across printing, finishing, assembly, packaging, and fabrication. The role helps the production team complete signage projects accurately and on schedule while maintaining a safe, organized shop.

What you'll do

• Finish graphics and signage through mounting, laminating, cutting, and trimming
• operate and maintain production equipment
• assist with fabrication and assembly
• package and organize signage
• follow project specifications and work orders
• inspect completed work
• track materials
• receive and ship products
• maintain a clean and safe production area
• communicate workflow and deadlines.
