What you'll do

• Work independently across kitchen positions, including pantry and banquet as business demands require
• assist team members with mentorship, training, prep, and technique guidance
• assist the chef with special dinners and functions
• develop daily features and special menus with chef guidance and approval
• assist with food requisitions and ordering
• lead and manage service in the chef’s absence.
