The General Dentist role is onsite in Bakersfield, CA. Compensation is a $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first six months; afterward, compensation is 30% of collections up to $50,000 monthly and 35% on amounts above that. Hall of Fame Dental is a relationship-driven practice with an established, growing patient base. The dentist provides comprehensive patient care with clinical autonomy and support from an experienced owner-doctor. The role contributes to the practice’s continued growth by delivering thoughtful treatment and building trusted patient relationships.
