What you'll do

• Lead onboarding, training, career enrichment, and quality programs for Patient Engagement Centers
• create, deliver, and evaluate training materials and e-learning content
• maintain training resources and process documentation
• coach and develop the training and quality team
• assess training needs
• oversee quality evaluations of patient interactions
• partner with internal and external stakeholders to keep content relevant
• evaluate quality data and scorecards and recommend training
• assess process changes and select communication methods
• support leadership development
• monitor training effectiveness and report results
• partner with BPO leadership and training teams.
