Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician is an onsite, full-time role in Spring, TX, with a minimum availability of 35 hours per week, including weekends as circumstances warrant, and rotating on-call emergency coverage. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. Elliron Residential manages multifamily communities and emphasizes property integrity, resident comfort, and operational excellence. The technician maintains the physical condition and safety of the residential community and responds to service requests, including HVAC calls. The role supports residents and property operations through preventive maintenance, repairs across multiple trades, and assistance preparing vacant apartments for occupancy when needed.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect property conditions, promptly addressing unsafe conditions.
• Diagnose and complete minor or routine repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, drywall, roofing, exteriors, and windows.
• Assist with make-ready repairs, report major repairs before expenditures, change locks, track parts and supplies, and support grounds upkeep.
• Follow applicable safety, hazardous-material, Fair Housing, and company requirements.
• Provide rotating on-call emergency coverage.
