The Lead Pharmacist role is onsite in Greensburg, PA, with a stated annual compensation range of $131,040–$141,440. The position supports PharMerica’s closed-door pharmacy team serving long-term care and senior living clients. The Lead Pharmacist helps the Pharmacy Director and pharmacy staff meet performance and customer expectations, maintain regulatory compliance, improve service quality, and manage pharmacy operations, personnel, inventory, and customer issues.

What you'll do

• Work with the Pharmacy Director on workflow and productivity measures
• support company, core-process, and quality initiatives
• help ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and the corporate compliance program
• assist with personnel issues
• communicate with customers and resolve issues
• support operational quality and cost-containment strategies
• monitor purchasing and inventory.
