The role supports successful construction projects by checking specifications, prioritizing materials, monitoring job progress, coordinating deliveries, and communicating changes and expectations to customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Follow project management processes to create orders using specifications and checklists
• coordinate quality checks
• prioritize customer orders
• monitor project progress, weather, delays, and productivity
• coordinate delivery timing with job-site progress
• notify purchasing about stock or volume needs
• communicate expectations and changes to contractors
• keep branch management, sales, and general contractors informed.
