What you'll do

• Oversee production across die-cutting, slitting and converting lines
• manage schedule adherence, staffing and output
• resolve operator machinery, quality and raw-material issues
• conduct shift handoffs
• monitor production counts, scrap and downtime
• enforce safety and quality standards
• coach operators
• lead onboarding and training for new machine operators.
