The Commissioning Field Engineer 3 role is onsite in Caroline County, VA, with compensation of $45.11–$56.39 per hour. M.C. Dean’s commissioning team performs final testing, startup, and commissioning of electrical distribution equipment to support project success and safe work environments. The engineer assists commissioning specialists with electrical deliverables, documentation, calculations, and supplier compliance reviews. The work supports testing and startup of low- and medium-voltage equipment and helps ensure project requirements are met; local, regional, and national travel may be required.

What you'll do

• Assist experienced commissioning specialists in coordinating and reviewing electrical deliverables
• prepare and review simple electrical sketches, commissioning plans, and data sheets
• perform routine electrical calculations
• assist with supplier documentation reviews for specification compliance
• use department guides and standards.
