What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying company policies, procedures, standards, training, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing team members
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, scheduling, and financial objectives
• coach and develop Service Managers and employees
• support guest experience, food cost, labor cost, and other operating goals.
