Remote Hematologist — Per Diem Clinical Research Consults

The Remote Hematologist role is fully remote and provides as-needed consults for a clinical research site in Dallas, Texas. Pay is approximately $200–$250 per hour, commensurate with experience. Adams Clinical operates a clinical trial site network focused on data quality, safety, and diverse enrollment to advance healthcare. Working under the physician Principal Investigator and Clinical Operations leadership, the hematologist reviews blood test results and advises on protocol-defined neutropenia events among trial participants who discontinue clozapine. The role supports participant safety, appropriate follow-up, study compliance, and accurate clinical research documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide as-needed hematology consultations for trial participants who discontinue clozapine due to protocol-defined low neutrophil counts
• review blood test results, particularly absolute neutrophil count, and provide clinical assessments and recommendations
• identify and escalate significant findings with the Principal Investigator
• document assessments accurately and promptly in accordance with study protocols, HIPAA, and ALCOA+ standards
• support audit and monitoring readiness
• comply with GCP, FDA regulations, and institutional policies.
