The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) role is onsite in Harrisburg, PA, providing one-on-one hourly care in clients’ homes. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. Care Options for Kids provides specialized care intended to help children and families live more fulfilled lives. The caregiver carries out personal care and basic health-related tasks assigned by a Registered Nurse, maintains a clean and safe environment, records care activities, and reports observed changes to the nurse. This work supports individualized care for pediatric and adult clients at home.

What you'll do

• Perform personal care activities assigned by a Registered Nurse, including assistance with hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and transfers
• help maintain a clean and safe client environment
• measure fluid intake and output and temperature, pulse, respiration, or blood pressure
• keep records of personal care activities
• observe and report changes to the Registered Nurse.

Why this role

A current Pennsylvania CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate, TB test, and valid driver’s license are required. High school diploma or GED and one year of home care experience are preferred.
