What you'll do

• Provide bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital-sign collection, and other personal care
• assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, range-of-motion exercises, meals, and dining
• support providers and nursing staff with procedures as needed
• document resident interactions and outcomes
• report changes and concerns to the charge nurse
• assist with housekeeping, laundry, wellness, and recreational programs.
