What you'll do

• Establish and lead PMO frameworks, governance, and operating structures
• define standards and controls for cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, and document management
• oversee integrated program controls and data, baselines, forecasts, and KPIs
• lead dashboards and executive reporting
• direct risk and change management
• provide scenario analysis and strategic recommendations
• represent the PMO to client executives and governance boards
• align design, construction, commercial, and operational teams
• lead and mentor a multidisciplinary PMO team.
