Lead Teller

What you'll do

• Resolve complex client servicing issues
• perform and coach accurate teller functions
• identify financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker
• assist clients with financial wellness tools
• manage teller scheduling and staffing
• observe and coach tellers
• support onboarding and training
• follow compliance, audit, and security procedures
• balance cash drawer
• work Saturdays as directed.
