The Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift role is onsite in Lebanon, Indiana. Pay is $23–$28 per hour. IBC Materials & Technologies develops advanced surface-engineering solutions for industrial applications. The technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production and facility equipment. The role supports production by completing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment repairs, diagnosing problems, and following safety and quality procedures.

What you'll do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency or unscheduled repairs
• interpret manuals and work orders
• diagnose problems, repair or replace parts, test and adjust equipment
• report faulty operations and defective materials
• follow AS9100, OSHA, and company safety procedures.
