The manager provides guidance to branch managers, monitors performance metrics, and implements solutions to improve productivity and employee satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Ensure that all branches are as successful as possible. Focus on branch managers
• provide guidance and oversight to help them maximize their own employees' productivity and job satisfaction. Observe each branch's performance and figure out how the branch manager can improve this performance. Teach branch managers to implement solutions. Provide personal support and guidance to all employees.
