What you'll do

• Assess facility educational needs
• work with the Compliance Officer and leaders to develop a training plan addressing regulatory requirements
• plan, schedule, conduct, and oversee staff orientation
• arrange refresher training and track completion
• collaborate with department managers on competencies and assist with evaluations
• support routine evaluation of training effectiveness with the Administrator
• maintain training records, reports, instructional materials, and speaker qualifications.
