Finance and Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee handling, recording, and verification of incoming funds
• document and reconcile disbursements and expenditures
• process payroll and related deductions and filings
• monitor nonprofit and religious-organization tax compliance
• prepare financial statements, ministry expense reports, and donor contribution statements
• support capital campaign tracking
• maintain church management and accounting systems
• troubleshoot software and improve processes
• assist with annual reviews or external audits
• organize documentation and implement internal-control improvements.

Why this role
