What you'll do

• Direct, schedule, and support field and shop technicians, service writers, and support staff
• recruit, train, and develop technicians
• manage service department financial and performance metrics
• set labor rates and oversee warranty labor and repair-order invoicing
• develop service revenue through maintenance and inspection programs
• resolve escalated customer issues
• oversee warranty claims and shop safety
• coordinate parts availability with the Parts Manager
• and manage work orders, scheduling, and reporting through the dealer business system.
