Deduction and Cash Applications Clerk

What you'll do

• Receive, review, scan, and attach incoming mail and email documentation to AR items in SAP
• organize deduction backup
• maintain electronic files
• match authorized deductions to promotions
• issue credits for valid claims and submit repayment for unauthorized claims
• update deduction records
• follow established procedures and SOX compliance standards
• escalate issues
• provide backup coverage for front desk and mail room tasks.
