What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, kitchen pass, and service areas
• check dishes for completeness, accuracy, and presentation
• coordinate with chefs and front-of-house staff
• call tickets and manage pacing
• deliver food accurately
• communicate menu information to guests when needed
• assist with guest requests and recovery
• support restaurant teams
• maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• complete assigned opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
