What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members
• oversee aircraft power-systems engineering projects and support proposals, estimates, plans, and budgets for new product introduction
• collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• provide guidance on DO-254 compliance
• evaluate engineering tools
• lead failure investigations and root-cause analyses
• refine company specifications
• support staffing, performance reviews, career development, and conflict resolution.
