The Business Development Representative (BDR) — Inside Sales role is onsite in Wichita, KS, with stated annual compensation of $50,000–$120,000. After a loan officer signs, the role guides the person through the first 90 days of onboarding, supporting the company’s recruiting and growth efforts.

What you'll do

• Make 130–160 outbound calls daily using a power dialer
• manage callback follow-up
• screen loan officers against minimum production standards
• book discovery meetings with executive leadership
• re-engage candidates after meetings and gather feedback
• guide signed loan officers through their first 90 days, including NMLS transfers and initial pipeline loans
• maintain detailed CRM notes and scheduled callbacks.
