What you'll do

• Lead the transmission line service line and manage financials.
• Implement best practice engineering methods and develop training programs.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Support business development and pursuit activities.
• Ensure QA/QC policies are adhered to.
• Create drawing packages for bidding and construction.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
