What you'll do

• Lead BEDC staff and operations
• advise and support the Board
• direct business attraction, project development, retention, and expansion
• manage real estate, infrastructure, incentives, agreements, compliance, strategic planning, marketing, budget, and external relations
• represent BEDC with businesses, developers, government entities, and community partners
• recruit, supervise, and develop staff.
