The Registered Nurse (RN), Part-Time PM Shifts role is onsite in Fargo, ND, with compensation of $36–$40.32 per hour and a $2-per-hour weekend shift differential. Eventide Fargo Care Center provides resident care in accordance with its nursing standards and procedures. The RN assesses residents, develops and updates individualized care plans, administers medications and treatments, documents care, and coordinates with residents, families, physicians, and care staff. The role also supports staff leadership and helps residents pursue their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health and needs
• plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• provide direct nursing care
• document care
• lead and coordinate subordinate staff
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
• assist with staffing, care conferences, and new-team-member orientation
• report suspected abuse or neglect.

Why this role

Part-time PM shifts are available from 2:00–10:30 p.m. or 4:30–9:00 p.m.; set 8- or 4-hour shift rotation with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Active North Dakota RN license required or obtainable upon hire; long-term-care experience preferred, not required.
