Senior National Account Manager

The position exists to retain and grow named enterprise accounts while developing the Account Manager team. It expands existing customer relationships, protects the account base, coordinates service and allocation issues across internal teams, and owns forecasting and executive reporting for the portfolio.

What you'll do

• Own revenue growth and retention across national accounts
• plan account expansion and identify whitespace
• lead, coach, and allocate the Account Manager team
• partner with Business Development on newly landed accounts
• coordinate with Sales Operations, Pricing, and Supply Chain to resolve service and allocation issues
• maintain forecast accuracy and report retention and growth against targets.
