The Sales Associate / Fitness & Wellness Specialist role is onsite in El Paso, TX, and pays $12–$15 per hour. Stretch Zone uses practitioner-assisted stretching and established protocols to help members improve mobility, athletic performance, recovery, and overall wellness. The associate combines member service and consultative sales, educating prospective and current members about stretching and mobility services while supporting a positive studio experience and member retention.

What you'll do

• Educate prospective and current members about practitioner-assisted stretching and mobility training
• pursue membership and session sales goals through consultative selling
• follow up with members
• welcome members, schedule appointments, and answer phone inquiries
• support retention through personalized service
• collaborate with the studio team.
