What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day community operations
• recruit, coach, and develop onsite team members
• resolve resident concerns
• drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and retention
• execute marketing and outreach
• inspect the property
• oversee service requests, make-ready schedules, and capital projects
• prepare and manage budgets and expenses
• review financial reports
• participate in ownership meetings and property visits
• ensure Fair Housing, company-policy, and safety compliance
• partner with regional and corporate teams.

Why this role
