Building Plans Examiner and Inspector

What you'll do

• Review permit applications, blueprints, specifications, surveys, product approvals, shop drawings, and related documents for code compliance
• prepare reports and correction notices
• inspect buildings and facilities
• explain and enforce applicable codes
• respond to inquiries and complaints
• maintain records and assist with customer service issues.
