Sanitation Specialist

What you'll do

• Clean production, retail, restroom, warehouse, dining, wash, prep, and window areas
• perform building maintenance such as scrubbing, mopping, power washing, painting, and tile work
• clean trays, utensils, bowls, bins, carts, racks, and delivery vehicles
• remove trash and keep parking and landscaping areas clear
• stock dispensers
• label cleaning compounds and sanitizers
• assist with receiving and storing orders and doughnut production when necessary
• report equipment issues
• coach or train new employees in sanitation
• follow food safety and HACCP plans.
