What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, food carts, and preparation equipment
• empty kitchen trash and sanitize containers
• receive, unpack, and store dry goods, cleaning supplies, and cold stock
• maintain food storage areas
• clean food-service areas and heavy equipment
• keep kitchen temperature checks current
• sweep and mop floors
• assist with buffet setup and special functions.
