The After-Hours Supervisor position is a remote role for candidates residing in Door, Outagamie, or Brown counties in Wisconsin. The part-time schedule is Tuesday 6–8 a.m. and 5–9 p.m., plus every other weekend from 9 a.m.–9 p.m.; compensation is $17 per hour. We Care Senior Care, a Home Instead franchise, works to help seniors remain safe and cared for in their homes. The supervisor coordinates client and care-professional schedules so clients receive dependable, suitable care. The role responds to call-offs and schedule gaps, supports care professionals, maintains documentation, and participates in periodic overnight on-call coverage to sustain continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain client and care-professional schedules
• fill call-offs and schedule gaps
• anticipate staffing needs
• maintain a responsive home-office presence
• participate in periodic overnight on-call shifts
• build relationships with clients and care professionals
• guide staff on care plans and service standards
• coordinate client introductions
• document activity in WellSky
• arrange transportation as needed
• support meetings, holidays, and training coverage.
