The role coordinates program delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, partner expectations, and ESF Camps & Experiences’ mission.

What you'll do

• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, and evaluation of program staff
• oversee participant communications and experience
• manage budgets and financial reporting
• support marketing and enrollment
• oversee daily program operations, logistics, safety, and emergency response
• serve as liaison to university partners
• provide designated on-call leadership during program operations.
