The Sales Associate, Luxury Retail role is onsite in Palm Beach, FL, at one of two Worth Avenue stores. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. The associate helps customers find merchandise and offers styling guidance while supporting sales through clienteling and add-on selling. The role also maintains sales-floor presentation, replenishes merchandise, and assists with store operations and shipments.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with merchandise selection and styling
• provide product information and brand insights
• support bespoke and custom-made product sales with the Creative Director
• drive sales through clienteling and add-on selling
• maintain displays and sales-floor merchandise
• replenish styles and colorways
• help keep the store and merchandise room clean
• process incoming and outgoing shipments as needed.
