What you'll do

• Establish preventive maintenance standards and schedules
• oversee maintenance and repair operations across locations
• manage shop staffing, technician development, and equipment
• ensure FMCSA/DOT and state compliance, inspections, registrations, permits, and filings
• maintain fleet inventory and replacement plans
• develop capital budget recommendations
• manage diagnostics, telematics, and camera systems
• control maintenance, parts, tire, and fuel costs
• report fleet availability, downtime, compliance, and budget performance
• travel regularly, including overnight
• be available outside standard hours, including weekends and on-call response.
