Patient Access Liaison

Job overview

The Patient Access Liaison role is field-based and onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is $180,000–$200,000 per year. The role supports Compass Pathways’ patient access work for its mental health treatment programs. This position helps treatment sites prepare for therapy delivery by supporting REMS certification, access workflows, reimbursement education, treatment logistics, and compliant coordination. It also documents account activity and shares field insights to help address patient access barriers.

What you'll do

• Support site REMS certification and patient enrollment
• strengthen site access readiness
• educate healthcare stakeholders on coverage, coding, reimbursement, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
• help resolve case-level access barriers
• coordinate treatment logistics and scheduling
• maintain compliant CRM documentation
• manage account plans
• collaborate on referrals and handoffs
• maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
