What you'll do

• Complete a seven-day onboarding class, then train with an experienced mentor for 10 or more days, logging at least five hours of seat time daily. After mentor sign-off, complete a backing evaluation, pre-trip, and road test. Drive dry-van, no-touch freight, mostly drop-and-hook loads
• expect to be out one to two weeks, driving Monday through Saturday, with a 34-hour Sunday reset.
