What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and governing documents
• manage board, committee and community relations
• coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up
• oversee contractors, vendors and maintenance requests
• conduct site inspections
• support association budgets, financial statements, billing, collections and payments
• manage bids, insurance, litigation status, violations, annual meetings, files and special projects
• supervise and train personnel working on properties.

Why this role
