What you'll do

• Lead, coach, train, and develop branch staff
• oversee staffing and scheduling, opening and closing, transactions, cash and ATM functions, audits, reports, timecards, policy exceptions, and process improvements
• partner with management on sales goals and strategies
• strengthen customer relationships through needs-based conversations, product recommendations, referrals, and issue resolution
• represent the bank at community events
• maintain knowledge of products, policies, procedures, and regulations and ensure compliance.
