What you'll do

• Perform facility and grounds maintenance across assigned centers
• complete light carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• inspect and repair plumbing fixtures and hot water heaters
• troubleshoot HVAC systems
• replace switches, receptacles, bulbs, and ceiling tiles
• perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and vehicles
• respond to work orders and report hazards
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• assist with janitorial tasks, grounds upkeep, snow removal, and walkway salting.
