The role leads planning, design, and delivery of stormwater and water resources infrastructure projects while overseeing multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, and business development. It contributes to practice growth and community infrastructure by managing project performance and providing technical oversight of engineering deliverables.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of stormwater and water resources infrastructure projects
• develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders
• support pursuit planning, proposals, presentations, and growth initiatives
• review plans, specifications, and deliverables for quality and compliance
• manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and performance
• mentor and supervise engineers and technical staff
• provide expertise across pipelines, pump stations, water production wells, reservoirs, and lift stations.
