What you'll do

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update individual services, supports, and outcomes
• train staff
• coordinate program needs around the clock
• follow ordered recipes, menus, diets, medical treatments, and medications
• communicate with people served, families, providers, and staff
• maintain staff schedules
• document daily program information
• lead in-services
• conduct performance reviews
• hire, discipline, and terminate staff.
