What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects across facilities
• monitor timelines, budgets, and completion schedules
• communicate with maintenance teams, vendors, contractors, and management
• assist with preventive maintenance planning and facility improvements
• maintain project documentation and records
• use computer systems for project, inventory, work-order, and report tracking
• conduct site visits and travel frequently
• support troubleshooting and repair coordination
• assist with vendor management and service scheduling
• promote workplace safety.
