What you'll do

• Oversee operations at two community living locations
• supervise and mentor direct support staff
• assist with staff scheduling and program coordination
• maintain required records and documentation
• support person-centered plans and services
• review incident reports and medication issues
• conduct quality assurance checks
• monitor safety, health, licensing, and accreditation requirements
• communicate with staff, individuals served, families, guardians, and leadership
• support staff training and meaningful activities.
