Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests and preventive maintenance
• repair and maintain buildings, equipment, and facilities
• patch and paint rooms and common areas
• perform carpet cleaning and floor care
• maintain lawns and outdoor areas
• remove snow
• report hazards
• organize supplies
• assist with equipment and resident moves
• coordinate with contractors and team members
• support move-ins
• participate in the every-fourth-weekend on-call rotation.
