Terrain Park Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead daily briefings and assign work
• adjust plans for weather, snow, guest traffic, equipment, and business needs
• supervise and coach crew members
• oversee construction, testing, maintenance, marking, and closure of park features
• verify scheduled inspections
• plan maintenance and coordinate grooming and snowmaking requests
• ensure equipment inspections and safe practices
• respond to incidents and complete reports
• support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and supply planning.
