What you'll do

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• manage candidate communication and offers
• partner with warehouse and operations leaders on hiring forecasts and staffing priorities
• report on candidate pipelines and recruiting progress
• track recruiting metrics and ATS records
• analyze trends and recommend process improvements
• document evaluations and hiring decisions
• coordinate with onboarding and recruiting operations teams
• maintain employment-law compliance.
